What happens if your bike breaks on the trip?

We fix’em! But seriously, we do just that. Replacing chains, gears, pedals, etc. is all done while on the trip. We’re expecting a few hiccups along the way.

What happens if you get a flat tire while coasting through Middle of Nowhere, Idaho?

Both of us will carry tire levers, a couple extra tubes and a small toolkit in our Camelbaks. Changing tubes on the side of a highway isn’t exactly fun, but it’s better than trying to ride on a flat.
